Over his career, he has held leadership roles at McAfee, DICK’S Sporting Goods, The Brink’s Company, and Lenovo where he led global teams responsible for human resources, talent management, organizational effectiveness, executive recruiting, leadership development, learning, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
JP received his PhD in Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University. JP co-authored a chapter in The Talent Management Handbook 2nd edition and was an early contributor for Talent-Quarterly.
